Employees are increasingly absent from work for longer periods. In recent years, sickness-related absenteeism has increased, especially among people in their thirties and forties. This age group faces numerous conflicting demands.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Breaking bad news<\/a><\/h3>\n

In the event of a life-threatening or fatal workplace accident, VCVH notifies family members and provides support on behalf of the employer. We also offer ongoing aftercare in the following months. We assist the employer in organising a farewell ceremony, responding to administrative inquiries from families, and similar tasks.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Psychological support<\/a><\/h3>\n

Long waiting lists, a complex care landscape, and high-threshold access prevent many from obtaining suitable support. We offer an alternative: your employee can contact our psychologist anonymously via a central number. V.C.V.H. addresses employees’ concerns (including private-related issues) that impact psychological well-being and organises a customised counselling programme.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>
