This service helps them discuss their challenges and rebuild confidence, allowing them to work more productively and positively. The services offered are divided into four categories: psychological crisis counselling after shocking or traumatic events, psychotherapy/coaching for work and personal issues (“E.A.P.”) such as stress, uncertainty, relationship problems, and conflicts, Employee Assistance Programme, and specialised workshops.
Due to rising demand, V.C.V.H. aims to further broaden its current network of psychologists. V.C.V.H. is therefore looking for:
V.C.V.H., the emergency response centre renowned for its expertise in delivering difficult news and supporting families after serious workplace incidents, is widening its range of services. We are introducing an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), which provides employees with support for personal issues.
