Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Employee Assistance Program

V.C.V.H. is expanding its expertise in psychosocial support with an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for organisations.

Through the EAP, employers can offer their employees accessible and rapidly available psychological support for personal issues that affect their well-being and may also have an impact on their functioning at work.

Employees of participating organisations can access short-term, first-line psychological support provided by an experienced and qualified psychologist. The programme consists of one initial consultation and up to three follow-up sessions, conducted by telephone or online. Following registration, the employee will be contacted by a psychologist as soon as possible.

The support is voluntary and confidential. Employers are not informed about which employees use the service and receive no information about the content of individual consultations.

The focus is on targeted, solution-focused support: clarifying the employee’s needs, providing practical tools and helping them develop strategies they can use independently. Where more specialised or longer-term support is required, the psychologist can also assist the employee in finding appropriate further care.
